Our Grading Scale: Precisely Defined

When you buy from Tele World FZCO, you know exactly what you are getting, regardless of which stock you select. Our units undergo a very strict grading and quality control process following the industry standard guidelines of mobile 60-Point inspection using the certified PhoneCheck.

Each unit is fully data-wiped, sanitized and bagged individually with an IMEI detailed barcode sticker ready to ship.

Fully Functional Grades (A++, A, A/B, C,D,E)

A++

What does “Grade A++” mean?

Cosmetic Rating 96% to 100%

  • The handset has been fully functional and is in full working condition.
  • Overall Perfect condition i.e. like almost new.
  • Near perfect viewing area/front.
  • A device in very good condition with minimal wear to the screen, back cover or chassis.
  • Very light signs of wear which may include few hairlines not be visible from arm’s length under.
  • Normal lighting condition.
  • This being used device Battery condition may not be as same as brand new device.
  • No indentation, cracks or scratches of any kind.

A+/A

What does “Grade A+/A” mean?

Cosmetic Rating 85% to 95%

  • The handset has been fully functional and is in full working condition.
  • The handset is in very good condition and will have minimal signs of use and uncovered upon close inspection or rotating them under the light.
  • The screen, sides and back of the handset may show some signs of usage such as very light
  • Scratches or one small dot due to general use or only light hair lines in back side or apple logo.
  • No indentation, cracks or scratches of any kind.

A/B

What does “Grade A/B” mean?

Cosmetic Rating 75% to 90%

  • 0 to 4 small scratches may fall under Grade A/B Category or one dent but not the deep ones.
  • The handset has been fully tested and is in full working good condition.
  • The screen, sides and back of the handset may show some signs of usage such as scratches or
  • Scuffs but they are not always shown all around the phone. This will not affect the functions of the phone.
  • In most cases it will have dings small dents and wear on their ports, corner, and edges

B,C

What does “Grade B,C” mean?

  • Cosmetic Rating Poor Grading Less Than 60%
  • Heavy Wear and Tear Signs
  • Heavy Scratches and Dents on Body and Glass of the Device
  • All Phones are tested and working Condition.

A/B/C

What does “Grade A/B/C” mean?

  • These devices are Fully Functionality Tested and a good mix of three A/B/C Grades
  • More than 35 Functional Points Tested by PhoneCheck Software with Testing Report on Each Phone
  • The handset has been fully functional and is in full working condition

D

What does “Grade B,C” mean?

These devices are power on will have cracks on the front or Back glasses and have a good LCD but have NOT been functionally tested. They may have defects that require repair.

While they can vary in terms of functionality and cosmetic grade, all units have:

  • No Apple ID lock
  • No Sim lock
  • No iTunes
  • No Touch ID / Face ID
  • No power dead

E

What does “Grade B,C” mean?

These devices may have cracked glasses or good Glasses but not have been Functionally Tested.

While they can vary in terms of functionality and cosmetic grade, all units have:

  • No Apple ID lock
  • No Sim lock
